Jack Schitt (born Jackson Dudley Schitt, born circa. 1947) is a record producer known for being one of the co-founders of Cowbell Records Inc.

Not much is known about Schitt's background before 2000, other than his birthday and place of birth, though he has described his younger years as 'dull and a bit boring'.

In 1997, Schitt met Richard Head at the Plaza Hotel in New York City and became best friends. Jack then landed himself a job as an associate record producer at Studio Head Inc, and worked there for thirteen years, before he and Head were fired due to 'allegations of misconduct'.

In 2011, Schitt and Head founded their own record Cowbell Records Inc, and have since signed numerous pop music artists to their label.
